1 Introduction and Scope

2 Membership and Eligibility

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the relevant accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Giving third parties access to an account is prohibited. If it appears that account security has been compromised, contact 995bet's live chat support immediately. 995bet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at 995bet are currently accepted via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed. If a withdrawal is attempted before meeting the bonus conditions, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 Other Promotions

995bet regularly runs various promotions, including a weekly reload reward (30%, up to ৳8,000; wager 20x), a Friday special deposit bonus (50%, up to ৳10,000; wager 25x), and a bonus for slots players (40%, up to ৳6,000; wager 22x). Specific conditions apply to each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If it is found that a member has strategically altered their betting behaviour to take advantage of the bonus system, 995bet reserves the right to cancel that bonus and place the relevant account under review.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The 995bet VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220. Members can move up to higher tiers step by step through active play.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Bets must be placed on the basis of the odds and market information displayed on the platform. Any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds quotation may be considered void and the original stake will be returned.

7.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes

A bet once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or suspended, the decision of 995bet will be considered final.

7.3 Suspicious Activity

If activity related to match fixing, account hacking, or any form of fraud is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and steps may be taken to seize the associated balance.

8 Responsible Gaming

995bet believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to personal financial problems. Platform users are encouraged to set their own limits and take regular breaks. Following the responsible gaming guidelines allows members to enjoy the platform safely.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by 995bet

995bet may suspend or permanently close any account without warning for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false identity or documents
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes

10.2 Closure by the User

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must inform the support team via live chat or email. Any pending bets must be settled before closure, and the available balance may be withdrawn.

11 Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All intellectual property rights in the 995bet platform's designs, logos, text, software, and multimedia content are reserved. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify these materials for any commercial purpose. 12 Technical Issues and Limitation of Liability

995bet's liability is limited in the event of service disruption caused by server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party technical problems. 13 Dispute Resolution
